SWBC is seeking talented students to join our College Intern Program in San Antonio, Texas. This is an exciting opportunity for college students who are motivated and eager to learn within their educational field of study.
Interns will gain practical hands-on experience and training that will provide an opportunity for growth, learning and development within the financial services industry. Full-time and part-time paid internship opportunities will be available in numerous departments, which may include: Information Technology, Accounting, Marketing, Human Resources, Mortgage, Insurance, Legal, PEO, Lender Placed Operations, Financial Institutions, Investment Services and Training. Interns will be placed within a specific division based on interest, experience, academic coursework, SWBC’s business need, and flexibility with college/university schedule.

Essential duties include the following:
- Develop user-friendly manuals and training presentations to support both new and experienced users.
- Create, edit, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, release notes, and FAQs.
- Convert complex technical information into easily understandable text and visual aids for diverse audiences.
- Gather required information to create documentation for client-specific implementations and updates.
- Create high-quality technical documentation for PEO products and services.
- Demonstrate strong writing skills and an ability to understand complex topics and create clear, concise content.
- Research topics and keep up to date with the technical landscape.
- Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Utilize feedback from stakeholders to refine written documents.
Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, English, Communications, Human Resources, or related program at an accredited university/college.
- Expected graduation date of December 2025 or later.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills required.
- Detail oriented and possess excellent follow up skills.
- Organized and able to adapt well to change.
- Passion and desire for learning and a proactive energy for getting things done.
- Ability to display maturity and a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
