As an intern on the Information Experience team at Guidewire, you will:
Create and edit online and in-product content that spans a variety of audiences and products.
Experiment with creating content in innovative formats.
Explore how to deliver the right information when and where users need it.
Learn how to work in an Agile docs-as-code environment and use a variety of software tools, including GenAI tools.
Experiment with GenAI tools for creating, publishing, and improving content and content workflows.

Requirements
Currently enrolled in a BS or MS program in Computer Science, English, Technical Communication, or a related field with an expected graduation date from Fall 2025 to Spring 2026
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and passion for quality
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work to a deadline
Enthusiasm for working cross-functionally and with a variety of stakeholders
Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and initiative
Passion for learning new technologies and solving hard problems, including those related to Generative AI.
Preferably, you also have the following skills and interests:
Creating content, including videos and multimedia
Analytics and data visualization
Programming, frontend development, scripting
Experience with Generative AI tools for content creation.

The Information Experience team creates and publishes content that helps our users successfully deploy, customize, and use Guidewire applications. Our audience includes business analysts, technical consultants, designers, and programmers. We are passionate about customer success. We seek to deliver the best information experience for our users by providing them with the right information, when and where they need it.
