We are looking for a Technical Writer who can dig in and get it done. If you're a self-starter who thrives on transforming complex concepts into clear, concise documentation, we want to hear from you! 

Location: Onsite - Farmington Hills, MI 

Key Responsibilities 

• Documentation Creation: Develop, write, and maintain clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation, including user manuals, online help guides, product specifications, and release notes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and subject matter experts to gather information and translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand content.
• Content Management: Manage documentation repositories, ensuring materials are up to date and aligned with product releases.
• User-Focused Writing: Create end-user content that improves customer experience and supports the adoption of LSPedia products.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices for content development, reviewing and editing existing materials for clarity and consistency.

Minimum Qualifications 

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a SaaS or technology company.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, concise documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, Markdown,FreshDesk or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience in an agile software development environment.
• Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, and software development terminology.
• Proficiency in visual content creation tools like Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or Miro.
• Experience with supply chain or track-and-trace applications.
